Big Biz Show – Notes for Today’s Broadcast
Written by John Pentony on June 2, 2009
Dear Members,
Today I am appearing on the Big Biz Radio Show again today at 1:10 PM Pacific time. Here are some items I plan to cover. Want to know how to listen? HERE ARE THE DETAILS.
We are not talking about bank stocks, tech stocks or auto stocks today. (Unless Sully wants to, of course!)
Let’s talk about inflation and what to invest in to fight inflation. You heard about the “odd pricing of the long bond” possibly this week. Get ready, we are likely to see more of that. Investors do fear inflation, and the last two administrations have put in all of the ingredients for a nice run of inflation like in the late ’70’s and early 80’s. It is soup yet? Note yet, but be ready. Make wise decisions now.
Another topic: HOUSING BOOM? What?
Pending Home Sales See Biggest Rise in More Than Seven Years
Housing stocks: TOL, BZH, PHM, BJZ, KBH, HOV
Let’s call this topic PENT-UP DEMAND… Not a housing boom. We are going to see people start spending. What industries will benefit? How long will it last?
NATIONALIZED HEALTH CARE: Who will benefit?
Listen in to this and more!
Thanks,
John Pentony
